But, you have to request it!
Many retailers will run your transaction with your PIN by default, keeping your form receiving these benefits. Be sure to ask that your card be run as CREDIT every time – even at the drive thru!

Ok, so what happens if you don’t use your debit card enough in a month?
Or maybe you don’t receive a direct deposit?
Don’t worry!
We won’t charge you any fees! You won’t receive the 3.04% APY bonus rate, but we’ll pay 0.10% APY on your balance!
If you meet the requirements but have over $10,000.00, then we’ll pay you 3.04% APY on the $10,000.00 and 0.10% for anything above it.

Is your card lost or stolen?
In the event of a lost or stolen debit card, freezing your card has never been easier!
By logging in to CENT Online, you can you freeze your debit card in three easy steps.
- Choose the ACCOUNTS menu
- Go to FREEZE DEBIT CARD
- Click the blue ACTIVE button
This will generate a green confirmation message and will change the status of your debit card to FROZEN. If you find your debit card, complete the same three steps above to unfreeze.
If you cannot find your card, please call us at 641.424.2368 and we’ll help you get a replacement card. Replacement cards are $15.
